1 Introduction
As compatibillity between devices such as smartphones, tablets, PC
and TV increases, users may choose the optimal device to watch
various contents. Due to technologies such as HDMI mirroring,Wi-
Fi Display and DLNA, users can extend their viewing experience to
other devices. Mirroring a smartphone screen to a large TV screen
and playing multi-play phone games on a TV are some examples.
However, navigating between multiple devices is confusing and
***strating. It is difficult for users to complete complex interaction
on one device while viewing the same content. To use these devices
simultaneously, the user must go back and forth between devices.
Users must constantly verify that their input has been successfully
transferred to the connected device.
In this paper, we propose a device that enables users to focus on
the final screen : Golmoo. Traditionally, a golmoo is a small Korean
accessory used for stitching. It protects the fingers and also
prevents the needle from slipping while guiding the needle to stitch
in a straight line. Just as the Korean golmoo helps the seamstress
with the needle to produce a clean stitch, Golmoo will help the user
interact between multiple devices seamlessly. (Figure1:left,center)
2 Golmoo and user benefit
Golmoo is automatically turned on when the user puts it on
the thumb. When Golmoo is on, one only needs to follow the
quick ins***ctions to calibrate finger position. After calibration,
the distance, direction&acceleration is calculated using differential/
integral calculus. Finger position is synced with the cursor location
on the screen. This provides a visual indication of the location
of the fingers on the screen. As the finger hovers on the touch
screen, the location of the finger is shown transparently on the display
of the other device(Figure1:right,a). If the user presses the
touch screen, the location of the finger is shown solid on the display(
Figure1:right,b). This enables the user to pay attention to only
the final, viewing screen and not have to go back and forth between
devices.

Users can also experience realistic feedback through haptic feedback.
The haptic motor provides vibration/sound effect synced to
the interaction and context. We use Dual-mode Actuator as the
haptic motor that allows you to distinguish rendering bass and treble
signal, to emphasize the feeling of different sound effects. [Inwook

3 Conclusion and Future work
We proposed a device named Golmoo that provides a seamless interaction
between various devices and contents. Golmoo helps you
identify the location of your fingers on a screen. This enables you
to focus fully on the screen. Golmoo also provides feedback that
brings realistic experiences and increases accuracy in difficult and
complex contents. In the future, we plan to extend the software to
be compatible with various other devices. In addition, we plan to
design a golmoo customized cradle for ease of storage and possible
recharging.
